For more than 15 years, I’ve led complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives inside a Fortune 50 enterprise environment — managing large-scale capital programs, national expansion efforts, and portfolio-level operations valued in the tens of billions.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that in high-stakes environments, one principle consistently holds true:
